Signs of cardiac tamponade
Large pericardial effusion (diastolic echo-free space > 20 mm)
History of chest trauma
OAC therapy
Associated myocarditis
Immunosuppression
Fever (> 38 °C)
Subacute onset of symptoms
No response to NSAID therapy
Risk of complications is not high
